In DARQ, there are 3 secret encounters, which can be found in Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 6. When the player discovered them all, they will be rewarded with the Perceptive achievement. The 3 encounters are:
- Chapter 1: The item is located after the player observes three gear slots, proceeds to the bars on the right, and waits briefly.
- Chapter 2: It may become available after the start of Chapter 2, following the mechanical gate. To encounter it, the player should move slightly to the left, then return to the right, where it will appear once reaching the gate.
- Chapter 6: To reveal the item, the player must substitute the generator with a compass. After obtaining the leg from the right side, return to the generator, switch it off, and the bag-headed boy will then appear.
